- Competitive price (include Freight cost, Packaging & custom & quarantine clearance cost etc.) for quality products.
- If you order instruments, minimum 8 weeks require to delivering the items.
- 50% of the total price will be payable during final order and other amount will be payable during delivery. Total price will depending on international money exchange rate. But approximate quotation will be given during order.
- Bonus & discount will offer to clients with some instruments (condition apply).
- Harmoniums are portable brief case type box.
- During receiving item please check for damage or problem.
- Warranties are not available for overseas musical instruments from Hema Enterprise. It's very difficult to carry back to shop. But all items are handling very careful way and maintain triple quality check so no damaged report has been found.
- As our valued customer we will help & look after you to solve any problem about instruments but guarantee must not apply.
- Repair work is unavailable at present .
Refund & Exchange Policy :
We don't refund money but you can exchange the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days, in case you do not like it for any reasons. As prove we need purchase receipt.
Payment policy :
Payment can only be made by CASH or personnel cheque. In future Card payment will be available. If you don't have enough cash during shopping or for instalment method, talk to us and we look after you (Condition apply).
Quality check:
We are always trying to bring the quality product from different part of INDIA . Every product is triple checked before it is send to cargo/ air freight. The first quality check takes place the time of buying, The second quality check takes place at our overseas premises and third quality check takes place before send to currier service and after receive item on our premises.
